Q: Where are you located?

We're located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

Q: Where do you ship from?

We have various warehouses around North America to ensure the best shipping times possible for our valued customers.

Q: How long does it for my package to arrive?

We offer various shipping speeds. Standard 3-5 business days, Expedited 2 Day and Priority 1 Day. 

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: How will my order be shipped?

We have three main shipping providers, USPS, Fedex and UPS. For small items, we will most likely use USPS. For standard shipping, we will also use USPS but for expedited and priority shipping, we will either use UPS or Fedex.
