Processing and Shipping
1. Order Confirmation
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email that you entered at checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
2. Processing Time
Please allow approx. 2 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Then we will send you a notification email containing the delivery information.
3. Delivery Time (Within the U.S.A)
Please allow 3 - 10 days for your items to arrive at your address.

4. P.O. Boxes
Not all mail carriers or courier services support P.O. box destinations. Please check with your local mail carrier or courier service before placing an order containing a P.O. box.
5. International Delivery
SkyGenius offers Worldwide delivery on every order. However, due to shipping restraints, this is not always possible. If that's the case, we will contact you ASAP and attempt to make alternative shipping arrangements. Otherwise, we will refund the entire purchase amount right away.
For international shipping (outside the U.S.A), please allow up to 2 weeks (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays).
If you would like to inquire about upgrading your order for faster shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE placing an order. We will keep you updated with the shipping method (and how much the additional charges would be.)
Not Satisfied with Your Product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Only items purchased directly from SkyGenius online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, etc.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products due to mishandling.
Returns without communication ahead of time may be refused.
Did You Receive A Faulty Unit or A Wrong Product?
Please contact us at email@example.com to start the return process. The following information need to be included:
1. Order number
2. Proof of purchase
3. Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
4. Complete shipping address
5. Phone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof.
