App Download And Connection

If you already have an account, skip to Step 3.

If not, follow the steps below to start with our SkyGenius App.

Step1: Download The SkyGenius App

Search "SkyGenius" App on APP Store or Google Play Store.

Enter your account with the valid phone number or email;

Set password;

Then log in.

1) After sign up/login, make sure the camera is powered on.

2) Go to the home page on SkyGenius App.

3) Click "Add Device" → "Security & Sensors" → "Smart Camera" → "Next Step" → "Connect to the Network" → select the Wi-Fi.

Note: This camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

Click security and sensors on the left navigation bar then select smart camera

4) A QR code will show up. Place the QR code in front of the wireless camera at a distance of 6-8 inches for it to be scanned.

5) When completed, you will hear the two "Ding" sounds. Select " I heard a Prompt ", then the camera will connect to your device.

Note: If connection failed, this page will show reasons. Please follow the tips and try to connect the device again.

If it still doesn’t work, press the "reset" dot on the camera and repeat all the above steps.
